Free parking is available right in front of the restaurant.

What are Variedades La Oriental's business hours?

We're open Monday through Saturday starting at 6am. Monday through Thursday we close at 9pm, and Friday and Saturday we close at 10pm. We're closed on Sundays. On this day we close to give glory and honor to God. We serve traditional Salvadoran breakfast from 6am, plus lunch, dinner and everything in between throughout the day.

What is a pupusa?

The pupusa is El Salvador's national dish: a thick corn or rice masa tortilla, stuffed and cooked on the griddle. Classic fillings are cheese, chicharrón, beans or loroco. It's served hot with curtido (pickled cabbage slaw) and red salsa, and eaten by hand.
